Municipal Offices
If you would like to pay a water or tax bill, payments can be placed in the drop-off box 24 hours a day, seven days a week, just inside the lobby doors at our Municipal Offices. Please do not place cash payments in the boxes and remember to include your payment stub along with your payment.
Alternatively, you can pay your bills through your bank's ATM or through your bank's online banking service. Parking tickets can be paid online through RichmondHill.ca/Parking.
Operations Centre
The Operations Centre is CLOSED to the public on Monday, July 1 for Canada Day. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, July 2.
Community Centres
All Richmond Hill community centres, fitness studios, pools and arenas are CLOSED to the public on Monday, July 1 for Canada Day.
Richmond Hill Public Library Branches
All branches are CLOSED on Monday, July 1 for Canada Day. All branches are open for regular business hours on Tuesday, July 2.
Parking
Temporary permits for overnight parking can be purchased online.
Waste Collection
There are no changes to the waste collection schedule.
