Richmond Hill’s Community Recognition Certificate recognizes individuals and organizations in the community that have helped others during the COVID-19 pandemic. Do you know someone who has made a measureable, positive, impact on the community during the pandemic? Nominate them today for a Community Recognition Certificate.
Submit the name of a person or organization you feel should be recognized for his or her outstanding contributions to the Richmond Hill community. Nominate that person for a certificate by completing the online form.

Once submitted, we will review your nomination and contact your nominee directly to let them know about their name being put forward for a certificate.
Please note, in order for the nomination to proceed, nominees will be required to consent in writing to their nomination and to the public disclosure of their full names as part of the Program promotion and recognition. They will also be asked to confirm that the information provided is accurate. Once consent is received, information from the nomination may be shared by the City to help promote the program and recognize the certificate recipients.
